Maintenance person with current Act 33/34 PA criminal background clearances available for general house repairs, painting, and landscaping.  I am available for small and large projects and will negotiate hourly or per project wage based on your preference.  I can complete general home repairs and maintenance, including brush and roller painting; repairing, sealing, and stabilizing plaster walls; dry wall construction; tiling backsplashes, walls, and floors; and general lawn and garden landscaping and upkeep.  I can perform repairs and install fixtures on existing electrical wiring and repair and install basic plumbing for kitchens and bathrooms.  I can handle a wide range of carpentry jobs, including installing wooden panel moldings, crown moldings, and baseboards; repairing, sanding, sealing, and varnishing wooden floors; building shelving, and constructing fire mantels and surrounds.  References available.   Feel free to e-mail at ianslopek@gmail.com
