The organization has made some significant accomplishments over the years, including:
- Spearheading a neighborhood rezoning effort to reduce density
- Closure of two nuisance bars in collaboration with the Bloomfield Garfield Corporation.
- Planting and stewardship of over 150 new street trees
- Advocacy for the extension of the Residential Permit Parking Program
- Landscaping and maintenance of Baum Grove, the community green space at 400 Roup Avenue
- Fundraising for and the building of PlayPark at Friendship Academy
- Development of several iterations of the Friendship Community Plan with the FDA
