All Friendship residents are invited to sign-up to participate in the yard sale. Registration is $10 per household. Please use the Online Registration form to sign up to be a seller.

No yard? Baum Grove is available as an alternate selling space! If you choose to sell at Baum Grove, you will be responsible for your own tables and moving your own items; we will not have people to assist with this. Please notify us through the sign-up form if you plan to sell at Baum Grove so that we can accurately reflect your location on the map.

Is your family planning to set up a lemonade/refreshment stand, but not selling yard sale items? For a $5 fee, we'll list your family's stand on our official map with a special lemonade stand icon! (Please note that any registered seller paying the $10 fee can just indicate lemonade/refreshment items on the "what items are you selling" question on the registration form, and we'll mark your house with a refreshments icon, too.)
Q: "Hey FCG, what's that $10 registration fee all about??"
A: FCG is an all-volunteer community group, and your $10 registration fee goes toward printing the maps we provide to the shoppers as well as the costs of advertising the Yard Sale across many different channels in the East End in an effort to boost your sales. Submitting your registration fee guarantees your inclusion on the map!
Q: "Can I get a yard sign for the Friendship Yard Sale to put up in my yard if I'm a seller?"
A: FCG prints a limited number of yard signs each year, which are then strategically placed in high traffic locations around the neighborhood, such as roundabouts, corner houses, places of business, and busy thoroughfares. If you happen to own a corner house, please let us know; we would love to place a sign in your yard!
